Information we collect
- Enquiries: your name, email address, phone number and organisation (if you give them), the subject of your enquiry, the event date if you share it, and your message.
- Newsletter: your email address, if you sign up, and a record that you agreed to receive it.
- WhatsApp and email: the details and messages you send when you contact us directly.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss a booking.
- To send the newsletter, only if you have signed up.
- To keep a record of our communication with you.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
We use your information because you asked us to get in touch, and because we have a legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries. For the newsletter we rely on your consent.
Newsletter
If you join the newsletter, we use your email address only to send it. You choose to join by ticking the consent box, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email, or by emailing info@hamiltongoc.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before. We will not sell your email address or use it for anything unrelated.

Sharing your information
We do not sell personal information. We use trusted providers to run this website: Cloudflare (hosting), FormSubmit (delivers form enquiries to our inbox), our newsletter email service (when the newsletter is switched on) and WhatsApp (if you choose to message us there).
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only as long as needed to deal with them and for reasonable record keeping afterwards.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or erase your information, restrict or object to its use, and request portability. To use these rights, contact us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are hosted on this website, so no third party font service is contacted.

The Facebook, Instagram and TikTok icons are plain links. They do not load anything from those platforms until you click one, and each platform has its own privacy notice.
